How it works

The PART logs in and gives access to the COUNTERPARTIES

Each COUNTERPARTY is registered by completing their data and attaching documentation and personality

The CONTRACT or COMMERCIAL DOCUMENT is completed and once reviewed the signature of the parties is CALENDARIZED

You can choose between 3 types of signature:

SIMPLE ELECTRONICS
Asynchronous signature with notification to the participants when all have signed.

NOTARIZED ELECTRONIC
Simultaneous signature with notary in video conference to testify.

DIGITAL SIGNATURE
The parties may apply a digital signature issued by the issuing authority according to Law 25,506.

Signed by all participants, the download link is automatically provided for each participant and a digital copy is preserved as immovable storage.
